The world’s greatest rowing regatta takes place from Wednesday, July 3 to Sunday, July 7, 2013. Both an international sporting event and a joyful social occasion, Henley Regatta is a British summer tradition that never fails to delight.
The regatta is soon followed by the Henley Festival from the 10th to the 14th of July. Using the same glorious river setting, this festival of the arts has been attracting an ever-growing audience.
Daily tickets to the Henley Regatta Enclosure as well as car parking tickets can be purchased online via the following link: https://www.hrr.co.uk/badgeshop/. For tickets to the Henley Festival visit: http://www.henley-festival.co.uk/
Even without tickets, you can enjoy the sights and atmosphere of the Henley Regatta, by walking along the Thames Path between Marlow and Henley. Enthusiastic walkers can even follow this glorious river all the way from Maidenhead to Henley.
As accommodation for this event is very limited, we regularly host a large number of Regatta guests, providing a convenient, comfortable and economical alternative to hotels immediately in Henley itself. Just eight miles from the race enclosures, we are within easy driving distance. Or you can simply walk to Maidenhead station where the train provides a short (26 minute) journey time to Henley, avoiding any parking and traffic jam problems. There is also public coach transportation available (not Sundays).
As we are always full during this period, we recommend you book early to avoid disappointment.
