Terms & Conditions

  1. To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked for details of your credit card. If, for any reason you have to cancel your booking, no charge will be made, provided you cancel more than 24 hours before the day of arrival. If you fail to cancel before this deadline, your credit card will be debited for the first night's accommodation charge and/or any non refundable elements of your booking.
  2. Our cancellation policy is that bookings must be cancelled 24 hours before the day of arrival.
  3. The hotel will forward written confirmation of your booking. It is your responsibility to check the details of your booking carefully, including arrival and departure dates, room type and rate and to advise us immediately if any details are incorrect.
  4. In exceptional circumstances it may not be possible for the hotel to honour your booking. In this case we promise to find you alternative accommodation of an equal or superior standard at the same rate.
  5. We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to guest's property on the premises over the statutory limit laid down by the Hotel Proprietor's Act, a copy of which is displayed in the hotel reception area.
  6. We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any vehicle parked in the hotel car park. The car park is covered by CCTV cameras, but we urge our guests not to leave any items in their cars.
  7. Guests are liable for any malicious or negligent damage they may cause to the hotel's property.
  8. No pets are allowed in the hotel.
  9. No smoking is allowed in the hotel buildings except in designated smoking rooms which must be pre-booked.
  10. The Dinner Room and Breakfast rate includes a 3 course dinner with coffee from our daily table d’hote menu.  This special rate is only available Monday-Thursday evening  and the rate only applies when pre-booked through our website.
